The center fuel tank is equipped with a fuel scavenge jet pump to
transfer any remaining fuel left in the center tank. What conditions
must exist before this  pump will operate ?
The number 1 main tank quantity must decrease to approximately
one-half. The number 1 main tank forward fuel pump must be on.
